Fife & Drum's 1776 Deal

If ever you have wanted to give Fife & Drum a try and see how you like very realistically sculpted miniatures, now is the time.  Alte Fritz is running a deal where you can get a dozen figures for $17.76.  http://fifedrumminis.blogspot.com/2012/06/new-1776-deal-starts-now.html

This is one of the best range of figures I've seen, and I would love to see it take off.  It's one of the few ranges of normal looking men, rather than stocky dwarfs.

  1. Done! I've been wanting to sample these miniatures for a while now...

  2. I made my order. I went for the larger deal and added some guns to it.

  3. Received mine a few days ago, and I've painted up one "sample" British figure. Very nice indeed!

  4. Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I have sketched out my plans for the next three years and I can realistically see this range approach 300 figures, just of the AWI. And that's before factoring some other historical periods that I want to add.

  5. I'd love to see more variety in the marching Americans, Alte Fritz. One really nice thing about the Pery range is that you can mix together uniform coats, civilian coats, hunting shirts, and shirtsleeves to get some very unkempt looking Americans.

I suspect you're already thinking along those lines!
